We would like to enable more Malaysians to buy a home or invest in real estate without depending on conventional ways of financing a property.
Who We Are
FundMyHome, owned by EdgeProp Sdn. Bhd., started as an idea to solve market inefficiencies through PropTech.
We believe that everyone should be able to own a home or invest in real estate without the burden of mortgages.
The idea is simple: To open up the property market so that it is more accessible to everyone. Investors access highly vetted projects by developers with a minimum of RM5,000 and stand to gain a capital upside, while home buyers can own a home by paying 20% of the property purchase price, without having to get a mortgage.
